Passenger Information System (PIS/PAS)
Real-time information system designed to keep passengers informed throughout the entire journey. Based on train positioning, the system manages and distributes text, video, and audio information through the various technologies installed on board, including LED displays, TFT monitors, and public address systems, among others. In addition, the system also manages bidirectional intercom communications between “cab–passenger”, “cab–cab”, “passenger–Operations Control Center (OCC)”, and “cab–Operations Control Center (OCC)”.

Video surveillance system (CCTV)
Video surveillance system to improve the safety and experience of passengers and onboard staff. The system records, analyzes, and allows real-time viewing of images captured by the set of cameras inside the train (saloon, rear-view, and front-facing cameras).

High-quality information, advertising, and entertainment system that enhances the passenger experience during the journey.

Onboard data network
Communications system for operational system connectivity, complying with cybersecurity standards and enabling wireless connections for both train-to-ground communications and train unit coupling.
Multi Communication Gateway (MCG)
- System that manages communications between onboard railway operational systems and ground platforms. It also manages the transmission of variables, events, and alarms to monitoring platforms.
- Intelligent management of available train-to-ground communication channels (WiFi, 4G, 5G, among others).
- Compliance with applicable cybersecurity policies.
Remote Management System (RMS)
Bilerro’s RMS platform enables remote monitoring, supervision, and parameterization of onboard train system equipment. Additionally, this tool collects real-time data on the operational status of onboard equipment, consolidating it in a central repository. Data analytics techniques are applied to anticipate potential failures in train equipment and systems.
